The purpose of the Smartest website is to provide clients and prospective clients with detailed information about the products and services offered by the Controller, as well as to facilitate access to its contact details, location and other informative resources of interest. In addition, the website is intended to publish relevant content, updates, news and other resources related to the Controller's sector of activity.

The language of drafting and interpretation of this legal notice is Spanish.
The relationship between "Smartest" and the User is governed in each and every respect by Spanish law, to which both parties expressly submit in the event of any dispute or matter relating to this website or the activities carried out on it.
Furthermore, where the user is domiciled outside Spain, "Smartest" and the User submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the competent Courts and Tribunals of Spain.
